We stand behind every shirt we make. If something arrived damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, that's on us and we'll fix it.

 

WHAT WE COVER

Damaged or defective items: Full refund or replacement, no questions asked.

Wrong item sent: We'll ship the right one immediately.

Missing order: Contact us and we will track it down.

 

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Contact us within 30 days of your purchase date.

Item should be unused and in the condition you received it.

Email us at SUPPORT@BLUESKYOUTDOORSMAN.COM with your order number and a quick description of the issue. A photo helps if something arrived damaged.

 

WHAT WE DON'T COVER

Size exchanges on items ordered correctly. We have a size chart on every product page. When in doubt, size up.

Change of mind returns. These are made to order, so please order intentionally.

 

THE HONEST VERSION

We're not trying to make this difficult. We're a small brand run by people who love the outdoors and believe in doing the right thing. If something went wrong, reach out. We'll make it right and we won't make you jump through hoops to get there.
